The moment a threat is detected, a trained live guard at our monitoring center receives an instant video alert. The guard quickly reviews the footage to assess whether itās a true threat or a false alarm.
If the situation is confirmed, the guard uses two-way audio to communicate directly with the intruder. A firm voice warning, like āYou are being watched. Leave the property immediately,ā often stops crime before it happens.
